- I love this oil. By no means am I a gourmet chef, but when I use this oil, everything I make tastes gourmet! I've used it as a bread dipper. I've poured it over plain pasta. I've included it in fresh salsa. I've drizzled it over steamed veggies. It is fabulously smokey. Of course, if you dislike smokey tastes, avoid this oil.
